Re your fuel pressure- make sure you have the fuel pressure pull-up and pull-down switches set correctly for your fuel sensor.
Older automotive 'can' style resistive sensors- PU ON, PD OFF.
Newer 912 4-20mA style sensors- PU OFF, PD ON.
UMA style 0-5V active sensors- PU OFF, PD OFF.

it is not very clear to me where are stored the screens that you are working on, when you close the desing file a different screen is shown on the page that you are editing. Re files, simplest is to either use the SIM file manager to transfer files to the SD card, or us the script library generator...

The designed/simuator RDAC fuel level sliders don't work, but the fuel level system works fine on real hardware.
Just go for it, set up the level calibration in real life- it all works!

Simplest is to set the VOX at its upper limit- that way it will never open the intercom channel and your headset will remain quiet except when transmitting or receiving. When you press PTT the mic is always live, so the VOX setting does not affect transmission. Set your squelch and volume as require...

Select RDAC as the source for that channel- that way it will pick up the RDAC FL input.
