Hi!
I have 2 RDAC CANs, one for Rotax 912 iS and the other for MWFly. The former is no more due to an electrical mishap so I wonder if the difference between them is only in firmware so that the MWFly one can be used instead?

Yes you can reprogram the firmware and it should work fine
