MX1 issues with AoA

Post by Markdun »

Cant get the AoA function to work at all.

I installed a single port (relative) AoA pitot (30 degrees down). Static connected to other AoA port on the MX1. I run through the three calibrations (minimum AOA at cruise, near stall clean, near stall landing configuration). Diagnostics page shows nothing recorded for AoA. A look at the internal sensors shows raw data from the AoA which varies with pressure (via static and pitot leak testing setup) but nothing showing in the conversion to millibars.

Installed latest firmware. No change.

Any suggestions on what to try next? My original thought was a software issue as the raw data comes up (ie no fault with the pressure transducer or pitot.
