Re: XTreme EMS G2 GPS and Time problems
Thanks for the feedback and update. I'll investigate and resolve my conflict issues, but think I'll leave the GSA and GSV messages turned off anyway to keep the serial data to the minimum necessary for the AP, clock and Fuel system. Especially since my AP is limited to 9600 baud. Another option will...

The issue with the time/date and localtime are now all correct. the continuing situation. 1) The Altitude is ONLY displayed if I include the GSA and GSV sentences, even though it is part of the GGA se...

Thanks for getting back to me. 1) Can you tell me where to get 2.16, as the website still shows 2.15 as the current firmware Is there anywhere that explains what changes/fixes exist in any release? 2) I am currently transmitting all the following GGA RMB RMC GSA GSV I have tried with and without the...

Re: Xtreme EMS display not working correctly
I've got mine connected to my own GPS unit. I am only sending the RMC and GGA messages and also get a partial view. It says its still acquiring, but shows lat/lon, but not altitude and doesn't set the date (only the zulu time) and local time is stuffed. Haven't tried sending all 4 messagaes as reque...

XTreme EMS G2 GPS and Time problems
I'm having trouble with my XTreme XMS G2 and it keeping time. 1) The battery seems to last less then 6 months to keep the RTC going. 2) I've added input from a GPS to supply details instead, for date/time and fuel calculations, but am having issues. Currently I'm only sending the GGA and RMC NMEA me...

Re: Xtreme EMS Data View Fails
Thanks, Turning off all checkboxes worked for the loading. By the way. QNH is the checkbox causing the floating point error. Once selected, the error occurs, then ALL checkboxes fail to work, and the selected value cannot be changed. You have to exit and reload the app to make it work. Should eb a q...

Re: Xtreme EMS Data View Fails
Thanks for the feedback and suggestion.
But why should I have to pay for a viewer, when the product is supposed to supply one for free.
Very disappointed MGL themselves don't seem to care or want to answer questions

Xtreme EMS Data View Fails
Tried to use the Xtreme Data Viewer XTDV v2.0 and can't get it to work. Throws an "invalid floating point operation" during the file load, then says its loaded, then shows nothing but one red line (the same one as when it first starts. I load a second time and don't get the error, but it still shows...
