Virtual tank not reducing with usage.

Virtual tank not reducing with usage.
Help! I have a Red Cube flow meter and use the 'virtual tank 1' - for the life of me I cannot get the fuel usage to subtract off the total of the virtual tank. Any ideas? Here are my settings.
