Hi all,
I'm starting instrument training and I would like to practice VOR approaches to my local field, which doesn't have a VOR/DME. While most every licensed airfield (in Ireland) has RNP procedures now, the old stuff is still on the curriculum (along with the circular slide rules ). Anyway ... I would like to be able to use the GVOR functionality, but with an arbitrary waypoint as the VOR rather than only those actually in the nav database. Is there a way to do this that on the MX1 I have missed?
Cheers,
Gareth.
