Xtreme OAT temp not working

Post here anything about a more technical nature not directly related to a product - installation questions or solutions, anything you think may help others as well. Floobidust - a term sometimes used by us nerds to categorize anything that does not fit into a category. Sort of a wild card.

Xtreme OAT temp not working

The temp sensor seems fine but only get a reading of -273c.
Pin 15 has a standing voltage of only 0.015v on it, I would have expected it to have internal Pull-Up resister inside the Xtreme to something like 3 or 5 volts?

I have previously installed 8 or 9 of these and all have worked fine but don’t have access to another to compare with at the moment
