Hi to the MGL community,
Question is: did any of you ever successfully loaded JEPPESEN NAVIDATA on the IEFIS MX1 or any other EFIS?
Reason is: I'm having quite a hard time doing it on my IEFIS MX1.
Thanks for any reply!

Re: JEPPESEN navidata
Can you elaborate on where you are having issues - what are the steps you are taking from obtaining the Navdata from Jeppesen to install in your EFIS ?
What is the message you are getting from the EFIS on attempting to install the data ?
We have been supporting Jeppesen for some ten years or so, I am not aware of any issues.

I've been transferring data from the Jeppesen Distribution Manager to the SD card (which fits all the required specs, format and sizewise) and the message I get is as attached.

Re: JEPPESEN navidata
Before the iEFIS will install your jeppesen database file it will verify that the file is complete and not corrupted in any way. It does this by means of a CRC32 checksum together with other information found in your Jeppesen security file.
In your case this check is failing. This could be due to a bad copy of the files onto the card or a card problem (as the error message is trying to tell you).
Try and use a different card and repeat the process.
Note that you cannot copy the jeppesen files from one card to another - you must allow the jeppesen application to write the files to the card.
