Dual screens ibox

Post by Paulie321 »

I have a inbox system with two screens. I assume only the primary screen requires a SD card but just checking. Yes, I know it's a stupid question.
While I'm asking stupid questions, I've seen opinions on the Can Bus wiring being both a twisted pair and others saying sheilded untwisted wire being fine. Opinions?

Never mind. The SD cards are only used for updates. I thought they were active during flight. Nope.

Re CANbus wiring- best practice is screened twisted pair.
That will make a very robust and interference resistant network.
You can often get by with less than that, but at a minimum go twisted pair.
