I've got a V16 radio with a Vega control head in an Aeroprakt Foxbat A-22.
Generally the radio works very well and I like it a lot, however the squelch function does not adequately suppress background noise (even the slightest bit of air flow over the microphone from the air vent) when monitoring dual frequencies. If I monitor one frequency only the squelch works just fine! Any clues?
Thanks,
Paul.

V16 squelch when monitoring dual frequencies
Building Vans RV-6A and flying Aeroprakt A-22 with V16/Vega. Still thinking about avionics for the RV.
