Hey all!
I have a problem that I need help with installing my V16 / IEFIS. When I connect the RPM cables in RDAC, I get interference in the radio. The transmission works perfect but the reception is poor with severe interference that is motor related. If I do not have the engine on, the radio works perfectly. I have checked the magnetic key and it works well. I have also installed sheild wires from the magneto and RDAC to magneto key.
Has anyone had the same problem ??

I hope you installed the resistors in series with your p-leads to the RDAC ? Usually around 20-30KOhms.
You can get several hundred volts of a high harmonic content signal on those leads - that can cause severe radio issues, nevermind give the RDAC a hard life...
