Paul's site says that attitude and g-force are recorded 10x second, others once a second.
LOG-1 Manual states for type 12 messages time to be printed on full seconds (only?).
What I am missing?

Hi Aki,
The LOG-1 will write the attitude data 10 times a second but the logged time is only in seconds, meaning you will get 10 values of attitude data per logged second.
Regards,
Franz

which blaze/vega attitude units have that RS232 port? AHRS1 does not have. How about reading directly from SP6/7

Hi Aki,
All Vega and Blaze units have a RS232 port. Upgraded code to enable the serial output was completed a few months ago.

Franz

Re: Data logger LOG-1
Where is that firmware update available? And is there a list of current firmware status available?

Re: Data logger LOG-1
Aki,
Latest firmware updates are easily found here for Vega: http://mglavionics.co.za/vega.html
and here for Blaze: http://mglavionics.co.za/blaze.html
There is a ZIP file that has a collection of the binaries for said Vega and Blaze units as well as a firmware revision changelog.
