I've verified the following behaviour using the Vega control right knob with V16:
- press and release quickly = swap active/standby frequencies
- press and hold for 2 seconds and then release = turn scan on/off
- press and hold for 4 seconds = 121.5 Mhz becomes active
Is there a way to enhance the user interface so as to positively indicate that the 2 second press has been registered, while the knob is still depressed? Positive confirmation could be that scan turns on/off. However, if the knob remains depressed for 4 seconds then scan switching is cancelled and 121.5 becomes active instead. Hope that makes sense! Can the guru(s) please advise? Thx.

Building Vans RV-6A and flying Aeroprakt A-22 with V16/Vega. Still thinking about avionics for the RV.
