Blaze EMS2 PT100 oil temp connection
Is it possible to connect a PT100 oil temp sensor to a EMS 2 through analog 1 input? There does not appear to be an option for a PTC Thermistor sensor.
Re: Blaze EMS2 PT100 oil temp connection
Yes, you can. You will have to enter a user calibrated sensor for the temp setup.
Instructions as below:
SENDER:USER/ CALIBRATE SENDER for PT100
°C ADC
00 256
10 265
20 275
30 284
40 293
50 302
60 311
70 320

100 347
110 356
120 365
130 374
140 383
150 392
Practical
Subtracted 5 from above ADC values to have correct reading at 50°C (120 ohms resistor connected the CH1)
