Tachometer is flashing '0'

An MGL Extreme with an XF RDAC. Everything is displaying fine except for the RPMs which is flashing 'O'. Unit is on a REV trike with a Polini 303 which is a mono-cylinder, dual spark, 38hp two-stroke. The digital tach display was working, but now has stopped and I am at a loss as to what to try next. Any help?
