IEFIS Challenger lite issues

Dears,
Tomorrow, i got an issue with my new ChallengerLite 10,1.
All was ok during the fisrts startup, but now after booting, the touch screen doesn't work, and i've a message "no sensor data avalaible, check data feed" from the Ibox, but i don't have ibox, just a RDAC.
I try to reload firmware, check power supply etc...but nothing works.
Could you help me please ?
