Trig 22 problem

My trig 22 xponder does not operate. have checked wiring power and can buss connected but light does not light or flash.
power is present on adapter. any ideas. also is there an avionics shop in central fl that works on Trig products.

The adapter (i.e. the MGL Trig interface that is built into the DB25 connector shell is powered by the Trig itself - it has a 6V power output on one of the pins). The 12V goes straight through to the Trig (not touched by anything related to the interface). The LED doing the flashing is done by the interface.

You could perhaps - just to make sure - take off the shell from the connector and use a volt meter to measure the DC output of the Trig (don't have the pin number as I type this but it is in the Trig installation manual). If you get 6V on that pin then the interface itself is not working - it will flash its LED even if no transponder is connected - as long as it gets the 6V and ground.
