MX1 LandScape Designer hidden instrument

I've been updating my custom screens which started as a copy of the Default screens when I found this 'Heading Indication" item waaaaay off the screen at (45040, 13053). Thinking I made some sort of goof I checked the Default Project and sure enough there it is.
Is there any reason for this or is it a leftover that was never cleaned up?
