Setting A14 intercom levels

I need to set the input and output levels on the A14/A16 intercom using an Explorer Lite. The manual describes the procedure for a control head and states that the procedure on the iEfis is 100% the same. One must ‘turn the rotary knob’ on the control head. How does one ‘turn the rotary knob’ on the iEfis? Thanks!
