Engine Data Input through airtalk?

I just picked up an old enigma to use on my skyranger. I'm looking forward to getting it installed in the new panel.
I was reading the various protocol documents, and I was wondering if I could send auxiliary engine data (mainly some extra solid state pressure sensors I have hooked up to a raspberry pi based setup) to it through the Airtalk link.
