Enigma Refurbishment

I have an Enigma V1 that has several issues. I would like to have it refurbished or I could do the repairs myself with some guidance. It is serial number 06090032.
The main issues are:
- GPS intermittently looses location. It can see several satellites but they are all red. This will last from 30 seconds to 30 minutes. Has occurred approximate a dozen times over the last year.
- Center buttons occasionally fail to function while the other buttons work. I suspect a loose or corroded connector; a good wack on my instrument pod temporarily resolves the issue.
- Battery voltage jumps around. This occurs occasionally in flight and on the ground with the engine off. I suspect a problem with the A/D converter.
- OAT drifts. This problem is tough to identify since I don’t have a secondary instrument to verify against. When it does drift significantly, it seems to appear to read too high. It will show around 70F when it is clearly not that warm outside. I have not been able to determine if it occurs at the same time as my battery voltage problem.
- Occasion corruption on the screen in the form of non alpha/numeric ASCII characters printed over my screen design. I would describe this as a video memory issue but that might not be accurate. This will last for only a couple of seconds and has occurred 2-3 times over the past year.
