Loss of airspace rings on Enigma

I am no longer seeing the airspace rings for class C airspace on my map. I have not done a recent update. This happened once a couple of years ago and Matt was able to give me a few instructions on the phone as I made the corrections on my screen, took just a couple of minutes, but I can’t remember what he had me do. Tried to reach Matt but he is currently out of the country. My current setting is “Show all with limits”. My home Airport is within class C, need help please.

On the Enigma your Navidata file that contains this information is located on the external SD card. Make sure it is inserted and in fact has that file on.
When you insert the SD card you should get a message with a blue background saying "SD card mounted".

The SD card is properly mounted and acknowledged with the on screen message. The airspace must be on my Navidata file since I have been using this SD card for over a year with the airspace rings showing. Other suggestions appreciated. I bought a new SD card and attempted to do a fresh download of everything. It downloaded only the Navidata file. I called MGL Avionics Michigan and Adam said that was all I needed (although my old card shows to have around 20 different files). When I loaded that card in the slot it did not work, still had the black screen just showing the airports. How do I get the complete updated download for my SD card?

I have now accomplished the Navidata update download and my Class C airspace rings have reappeared. Still not sure why they went away, but they are back. One final question... how much voltage should my back-up battery show on my EFIS screen? It shows 11.4 to 11.5.
