Radio keypad Issue

My system includes a 10" Challenger and also includes a V6 Radio. The radio is mounted on the panel and I sometimes have an iPad mini in front of it, but I can control the radio and select frequencies from the iEFIS so that's not a problem. What's started happening is that when I open the radio keypad on the screen to alter my standby frequency, everything seems to work ok except the zero is non responsive.....so I can't complete my frequency selection if there is a zero in it. I've tried resetting the touch screen calibration but no improvement...
Has anyone else had this issue, is there something I'm missing or do I need to regain access to the radio head and just select from there....??
