I saw the same, when the QNH was wrong and it showed the view from "under the terrain".
I am just surprised, it shows 59ft AGL.

Anyways, I would change QNH to verify you are above ground.

I have a red face today, the problem was only the barometric pressure wrongly adjusted, the alitmeter showing -420 and the airport is at +420 feet. What made this strange is that the horizon is loking just fine til the GPS have a fix, then the horizon goes wrong if the altimeter is set wrong. My GPS also does not come on OK sometimes and stay OFF and I dont see it searching for any satellite? When I cycle the power the GPS come ON and then the horizon goes bad if the altimeter is not set properly, I did not realize the altitude was way Off, high pressure cold winter days, this could give me a red face also but it is not the case now. :)

Thanks
