discovery lite horizon problem

My Discovery lite will always show a 5deg bank to starboard in flight. i have zero'd the bank when set in correct attitude on the ground and reset the gyro and all's perfect until flight. its stable and operates in the correct sense just shows the 5deg bank when straight and level. i have the sp6 magnometer and i'm using the internal ahrs sensor.
