Hi
I'm installing Infinity Aerospace grips in my 801. I have a Challenger Efis. How do I connect a button on the grip to cancel alarms on the EFIS. I can find how to connect a light for the alarm but not how to acknowledge it remotely.

Re: Alarm Acknowledge
Hi
I'm a little challenged when it comes to this electronic stuff. So if I'm getting this all the grounds from the grip for say , flip flop of radio, alarm acknowledge, autopilot disconnect, all go to the analog input 25 pin connector? And you set them up in the EFIS? How much does the resistor drop the voltage? And I'm guessing , ( and i do mean guessing) that when you push the button that voltage goes to ground? but its a small voltage so you don't really get a short circuit. Do I have this right?

One more thing. I went through the setup in the SIM and I can't find a setting for Auto pilot disconnect. I see Autopilot 180, Autopilot Wings Level, etc. But no Disconnect. ????"
Re: Alarm Acknowledge
Each of the various autopilot buttons are also disconnect .
If you are connected on S&L and press the 180 it will disconnect and requires a second press to activate 180. Personally I would prefer that it went straight to 180, given what you might use it for!
At leats that is how it is working on mine (iEFIS lite)

Infinity Stick Grip & iBox wiring diagram.
I have a complete wiring diagram for my Infinity Stick Grips and the iBox interface. Send me an email (hpmicrowave@gmail.com) if you would like a copy, I tried to post it here but after I downsized it to where it was allowed to be attached it was no longer readable. Let me know if you have any questions?

Hi
I set up a alarm light on my panel. Hooked to the output O5 on the Analog/digital 25 pin connector. The light comes on when I turn on the system. The problem is it won't turn off. I always get an alarm about low voltage every time I boot up so I press the acknowledge alarm on the efis but the light stays on. What am I doing wrong. Do I have to connect a remote button somewhere to cancel the light. ?
