EIFS RDAC troubleshooting

I've got an EFIS Xtreme and RDAC XF installed in my Yamaha powered Zenith 701. So far I've only done a few run-ups of the Yamaha Apex engine. All EMS gauges monitored worked fine (FP, OP, COOL TEMP), at first, however the other day, the CT gauge "disappeared" to be replaced by the OT gauge. In the EM menu, the OAT is turned off and the CT is "ON" thru Aux 1 on my RDAC XF, but only temp monitor showing up on the EFIS is OAT. Anybody experience something similar? NOTE: There is no input to the DB9 connector, so this is a mystery to me (admitedly an "Amateur" builder). ONLY SEE OAT, FP & OP. How would you trouble shoot this problem?
