IEFIS lite com output

My plane is a single seat aircraft. I have not installed an audio panel , just a com radio. Can I connect the audio out from the EFIS directly tp the headset jack or do I need a volume control for the output ?

Which radio have you got? Does it have a built-in intercom?

Thanks, its a Flight Line FL-760A. I doesn't have an intercom.
