External Boot Configured SD card

I get a error message on my IEFIS and believe that my internal SD card has corrupted.
Can anyone help me in how to create an external Boot Configured SD card for my IEFIS system/
An then how to download updates from the Web?
I just can't figure it out.....

Hi Rudolph,
The MGL crew is on holiday until January 6, so it takes just a bit longer to get posts approved at the moment.
The answer to your question lies here:

Click the installation instructions link and look at the bottom paragraph regarding instructions on booting from external SD Card.
The long and short is to download the EXP3.bin firmware, rename it to EXP3.exb and then insert the SD card into the EFIS.
