You might try "Flight Data Viewer" it's a more capable program.
BTW - Does the GPS satelite 'constelation' and 'signal strenth' work on your Xtreme? I just installed one and while the GPS does work, the right half of the GPS screen is always blank. I've not yet flown, so haven't been able to try ...

In connecting the RS232 from the SP12 to the Trig there are settings for the SIL and SDA on the Trig.

I also tried backing up the internal file to the SD card and a box popped up w the the message "cannot complete operation"...
I double checked my settings for the recording file as well...it is enabled, automatic flight detect at 1000 rpm and 30 mph. No data recording.
Please advise,

Those are screen shots from the simulator for the MX1 in LandScape mode. Looks the same on the actual unit.
