Re: A/P Pitch Servo failure
Hi Tasmag, Mike I am guessing with 4 weeks having gone past since your post, hopefully you have already solved your problem. Here are some thoughts, I would check your servo cable is twisted pairs with a braided shield. Any type of shielding for the elevator servo data cable should help, but may not...

EFIS Air Tube & Connections
Hi Everyone, I am seeking any ideas in what type of air tube I should use to renew the tubes behind my panel and two Voyager EFIS's. The current PVC tubes have got a little hard with age and having two Voyager EFIS's there is double the number of tubes to route behind the instrument panel with the o...

Re: Fuel Flow Jabiru Engine
Hi All, This may well be getting off the MGL path a fair bit, but if it helps some else to get their Jabiru/MGL EFIS fuel flow reading sorted, then I think its worth sharing. With my last post, I gave my fuel vent breather some taps to get the ball valves loose so they work as they should. Fuel Cap ...

Re: Fuel Flow Jabiru Engine
Well May and June has come and gone. I do have something to post for the Jabiru owners that might find interesting and something I had over looked about our fuel system. A few weeks back, I looked at those Fuel Cap Vents tubes and wonder if they worked as they should. I had read or was told they put...

Re: Issue with Voyager EFIS GPS.
Hi All, Well it's been a while since my post where I thought I had solved my pilot side EFIS's GPS from dropping Sat signals from EMI. Its been 12 months and enough flight hours without any further GPS drop outs. So I am quietly confident I have solve my GPS dropouts and hopefully it's a thing of th...

Re: Fuel Flow Jabiru Engine
Hi All, Work is still getting in the way and I am still yet to complete my testing of my EFIS LPH against the calculated Frequency/LPH. For all those who have been following this post by the hit numbers, sadly I have not been able to get back to my plane for other than the odd quick flight due to my...

Re: Shielding
Hi All, From a fellow aircraft owner and further to the topic of EMF and shielding and EFIS issues. I purchased a second hand aircraft with just under 1000 hours on it, it had been twice around Australia with it's two MGL Voyager EFIS and was told once set up properly when new, worked without issue....

Re: Plates not recognized
Here are some thoughts. If you are seeing plate files on your IEFIS, the file still may not be in the MGL plate format. Make sure you are using plate/plates from a known supplier that support the MGL plate format. I would then test your plate in the MGL iEFIS Computer Sim with your iEFIS design load...

Re: Simulator 1.1.2.2 Snags
Hi Avi8tr1364, I guess your right, maybe I really don't understand what your Sim post is about. But at least if anyone reads the thread they will understand about the limitation of Sim and it does have limited functionality having some very well known snags and bugs as you indicated. So this may wel...
