Forum collapse
You may be like I am in that I religiously read anything Ranier has to say.
I am in the habit of saving anything of interest, usually to iPhone notes. I remember very well the last forum collapse and the years of problem solving advice from him and others that was lost forever.

Re: New database vendor Keyvan
I have installed the .8 update and verified it on my G3 efis lite.
The .rar file sent to me by Keyvan was not recognized using the Install Navidata databases(s) in the Install tasks menu. I also installed the .rar file in the Navidata folder using the file manager to no avail. Am I missing some steps?

Re: Ecb
I had that setup for years b4 changing back to using the ecb as a conventional breaker because of intermittent switch issues. I have a couple of ideas that might help.
1. Make sure you have connected the 2 wires together on the ribbon cable for switch 1 to show an “ always on” status. Wiring ...

Ecb question
I have an ecb where I used breaker 1 and 2 to control the landing lights and utilize the wig wag function. All the breakers on this ecb used micro switches to turn the breakers on and off. I reconfigured the ecb so that all the breakers were always on thus acting like conventional breakers. Breakers ...

Re: 2 virtual fuel tanks?
Hey Dan,
Yes you can have 2 virtual tanks. Go to the System Setup Menu and then select Fuel Related Setup and all your settings are there.
Also, thanks to a recent update, you can set low fuel warnings on these virtual tanks as well which you will find in the same menu selection.
