For how long must I wait for approval for others to read?

This is the message on my screen. Is there anyone that can help me with advice please?

I get a error message on my IEFIS and believe that my internal SD card has corrupted.

Can anyone help me in how to create an external Boot Configured SD card for my IEFIS system/

An then how to download updates from the Web?

I just can't figure it out.....
