It's going to depend on the battery management system that is implemented by the battery manufacturer. In most cases, Lithium batteries will need a 13.8V or higher input before the logic will allow a charge. The AvioGuard will sit around 13.6, and so could disqualify most of your battery options.

Re: Audio conexion
So one is left with the question to add a wire (from the GND pins) to the MX1 or to eliminate (not install) a wire to the V16. The direct answer is that the ground on the V16 should meet the ground that goes into the MX1's connector in a splice a couple of inches behind the connector. The MX1 refer...

Re: Audio conexion

Re: Using iEFIS for IFR Flight
Kirk, A "full" iEFIS system (NOT iEFIS Lite or MX1) is capable of interfacing a certified navigator like the 430, 650, 175/375, IFD 440/540 etc etc through ARINC 429. A forum user on here by the name of hpmicrowave has a dual iEFIS and dual 430W installation in his recently-completed RV. I've flown ...

Re: Blaze ARHS 4
How was the SP-6 connected to the Odyssey? Did you add the AHRS-4 to the SP-6's CAN bus w/ the Odyssey? Or is the Odyssey and SP-6 talking via airtalk and the SP-6 and AHRS-4 via CAN?

Re: Razor G3X Touch Issue
What is the age of your Razor? There has been an update or two to the unit for better support w/ Garmin RS-232.
You're selecting Garmin VHF COM and not Garmin VHF NAVCOM on the G3X, right?

Re: EGT display issue
Have you made any modifications to the RDAC XF wiring in any way? This is typically indicative of a backwards connection from the EGT thermocouples. In thermocouple land, Yellow is + and Red is -.

Re: Dual V16 problem
Simply, COM 2 is getting interference from COM 1's antenna. This is exaggerated when the antennas are positioned so that one is perfectly on top of the other in many cases. To get rid of this, hook up the TX Interlock between the two radios. When one radio is transmitting, the other will be unable t...
