Small text and numbers on an Xtreme EFIS

Hi,

I was wondering if it is is possible to get larger numbers on the oil pressure and the oil temp on the Stratomaster Xtreme Efis? I have a friend that has troubles seeing the small numbers, and is contemplating switching to analoge gauges to see them better, and I thought to check if we can get by with what he have in his plane already :D

He currently only use 2egt, 1cht, rpm, OT, OP and OAT, so there is loads of free space on the screen :lol:

Another question relating to the same instrument, how do I tell whether it is a G1 or a G2? It currently runs FW 1.0, and I don't know which firmware to download?

That would definitely be a first generation EFIS.
You can't design your own screens on the XTreme like you can do with our larger EFIS systems but try the current firmware - things have changed quite a bit since the old days...
