This release fixes some issues related to screen updates during a waypoint search.
Added: New function in System Basic Setup functions menu: Install a Linux startup script.
This function allows you to install a supplied or self made script into the Linux /etc/init.d folder. Scripts here are used to start various services and the last script is used to start the EFIS application itself.
Additional scripts can now be added, usually as execute once, that can perform a large range of operations as needed. This is intended for future use and has no current application.
Added: The file manager is now able to install the exp4 EFIS binary executable as alternate means to the boot loader based installation. This can be used if the basic file system support for the Linux EXT4 file system is not able to install a new EFIS application. You simply select the exp4 file in the SD card file manager and copy it to the ROOT folder. In this case the root folder is not actually the Linux root folder but the installation folder for the entire EFIS system (under /efis).

R1 1.3 -
Dfile.bin custom screen file system is now implemented and functional. Note that dfile.bin files made in previous generations (G2, G3) will not work properly in the G4 due to changes in some component data structures.
You may rename the dfile.bin to one of the following names to make them loadable by EFIS type:
If Portrait mode

If Landscape mode

For Explorer, Challenger and MX2 respectively.
Fixed an issue if “arc” screen component parts (including invisible) are drawn outside of visible screen area. This would cause all subsequent drawing of screen items for a page not to show (Portrait mode only).
Fixed creation of recording file to external SD card (It failed with not enough space on target)
Added a non functional component to screen designer showing a line of dashes in the list of items to draw. This can be used to visually group or separate items in your drawing list.
Added copy of *.jpg and *.mod files in screen files installation function (Install tasks menu), same for deletion of screen files.
Added new function to System Setup -
